Course Overview

Programme will develop your knowledge of key topics, theories, and practices in HRM, such as recruitment, remuneration, and retirement. It will also develop your people management skills and introduce you to changing policy areas such as incentive design and work-life balance. Keeping pace with the advances in people management that are crucial to modern businesses.

The main emphasis in the classroom is on blending theory and practice, problem diagnosis and solving. Classes often run in the workshop basis which gives students unique opportunity to pool their experiences, as well as drawing experience of tutors.

Students attending the course will have theoretical and practical knowledge about Human Resource Management. Internships and job placements is also considered as part of the program.
